Here are basic tips to help you organise your trip to CEAEC, the world’s leading Consciousness Research Centre.
The local airport codes are:
- IGU (Brazil) – Foz do Iguaçu
- IGR (Argentina) – Cataratas del Iguazú (Puerto Iguazú)
Accommodation options:
- Mabu Interludium Iguassu Convention (excellent quality). Easily book online through your favourite hotel booking site.
- CEAEC (basic accommodation, reserved for those experienced in Conscientiology). Email: ceaec@ceaec.org
Taxis. CEAEC is a relatively short taxi ride – between 10 to 15 minutes – from the Brazilian airport. The journey is longer from the Argentinian airport – taking up to 30-50 minutes depending on traffic and border crossings.
Restaurant Options. Both CEAEC and Mabu have restaurant facilities. In addition CEAEC has a Cafe that is open until 6pm.
Currency. The local currency is the Brazilian Real, but most places accept credit card payments and some payments can be made in USD.
Additional Information
CEAEC is the main focal point for consciousness research and “spiritual tourism” in Foz do Iguaçu and caters for both individuals and groups. If you are bringing a group try to let CEAEC (ceaec@ceaec.org.br) know at least 1 month in advance.
